The Somatic Exercises©

The most important thing to remember is that Somatic Exercises change your muscular system by changing your central nervous system. As you learn Somatic Exercises, you will learn to: understand SMA; recognize it within yourself; focus your attention on movement; learn to move slowly; learn to move gently and with the least possible effort; learn not to force any movement; and learn to adjust Somatic Exercises so they are not painful. Focus and learn how to release all contractions smoothly and  with control.   As you reboot your nervous system you will experience Mindfulness, Tranquility and Serenity.  Don’t be in pain, retrain your brain.
